CLEVELAND, Ohio - Jayson Tatum scored 25 points, grabbed 10 rebounds, and dished out five assists as the Boston Celtics routed the Cleveland Cavaliers 120-95 in Game 1 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series on Saturday night.
Jaylen Brown added 32 points, including seven 3-pointers, for the Celtics, who never trailed in the game. Marcus Smart contributed 14 points, while Robert Williams III had 10 points and 10 rebounds.
The Cavaliers were led by Darius Garland's 25 points, but they were outmatched by the Celtics' superior depth and firepower.
