Two injured after plane crashes in Shakopee park

What happened?

A small plane crashed in a park in Shakopee, Minnesota, on Wednesday afternoon, injuring two people.

The plane, a single-engine Cessna 172, crashed in Lion's Park around 12:30 p.m. The two people on board, the pilot and a passenger, were taken to Hennepin County Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
